Assets are how Mosaic tracks the company’s services, in the processes represented by the Panels.
In Assets → Current, create an Asset with Create Asset. To start from a template, use Clone Asset, choose the Template and confirm; remember to adjust the name to show whom the Asset refers to.
Besides the name (Asset) and Description, an Asset has Tags, Estimate, Added Value, Type and Due Date, and the Attachments and Demands tabs. The Asset’s Demands are entered in the Demands tab.
- Accept — accepts the Asset when you create it. Otherwise it stays in Proposed.
- Single Demand — the Asset automatically generates a Demand in the Panel’s first phase.
To appear on the Panel, the Asset must be in the Scheduled list (see 4.2.2).
