In the Retrospective, the Team discusses how the work went in the Sprint, with the aim of improving the process and the deliveries.
The Team records the positive and negative points of the work done. Negative points should come with proposed corrective actions. At the end, close the Retrospective with the appropriate button; this closes the Sprint.
