Gives an overview of the current Release, that is, the work up to the next delivery, and offers management functions such as editing the Release’s name, goal and period.
Details
Shows the Release’s basic data — name, goal, period, status and points worked — and lets you edit them. The status can be: Not started, Started, Late, Closed or Delivered.
The progress bar summarizes the work in the Release:
- the green bar shows the points of Activities to be worked on by the planned end date;
- the orange bar, the points of Activities not planned for the Release but included in it;
- the black bar and the percentage, the points worked and delivered in the Release.
Burnup and Burndown charts
They show the progress of work over the Release. The Burnup works like the Resource Burnup, and the Burndown like the Sprint one, both scoped to the Release.
Release Backlog
Lists the Activities planned for the Release. The green mark in the right-hand column indicates the Activity is directly linked to the Release goal, as Activities planned for it usually are. Since the Coordinator can add any Activity to a Sprint during the Release period, this distinction helps you understand how the work is going.
The add button includes existing Activities in the Release. The History tab shows all Activities worked on in the Release, with their end date and a green or orange sign indicating whether they had been planned for the Release.
