A Panel follows a continuous flow of service. Assets — clients, processes, cases — and their Demands move through the process phases, defined in the Panel Settings (see 2.2).
When the selected resource is a Panel, the main menu shows, besides Home and Resource: Panel and Assets. Automation Rules (4.3) link the Panel to Teams: when a Demand enters a phase, BeePlus can automatically create Activities in the responsible Teams.
