Lists the resources of the selected subscription. The resource in orange is the one you are working with, the current resource.
The icons next to the current resource take you to its Summary page and its Settings. To create a new resource, click the + button and choose the type: Panel or Team (see 2 – Resource).
Note: only the subscription administrator can create a new resource.
