8.1 – Asset

Assets are how company services are tracked in Mosaic. Assets are tracked in processes, represented in Panels.

Assets are added by clicking the “+ Item” button. To create new items in the Panel using predefined templates, click the Item button with the icon in the upper right corner of the page, immediately to the right of the “+ Item” button. Select the Template on which the created item will be based and confirm. Don’t forget to change the Item name to specify who it refers to.

In addition to the name and description, Assets have other optional fields, such as Estimate and Earned Value.

To create an Asset and place it directly in the Dashboard, select Accepted and Scheduled. Demands are created on assets as tasks, in the Tasks tab.
