BeePlus’s Chat is implemented based on the concept of War Rooms. Therefore, each project has its own private War Room, where team members can talk about the project and all information discussed will be kept recorded and acessible at any time.
The Chat facility opens when the button with the two ballons on the top menu bar is pressed. This button also presents badges when there are new posts on any of your project rooms.
When open, you can see all your projects’ rooms on the right. If you click on a room name, it will expand showing the team members online. Clicking on the green door sign on the right makes you enter the room, leaving any other room you may be in, and expanding the window to fit the messaging area.
When in a room, you can see the last messages exchanged and above them a link to load previous ones. To leave a room just press the orange button on the right of the room bar.
Whenever you open the chat facility it will get you in the room you where in the last time you logged in.
