2.3 – Team

You manage your team choosing people from your subscription and adding them to your team, with any role. There is no limitation for the use of roles, i.e., a user can have from one to all roles on a Team.

On a Team, roles are based on Mosaic. Any participant can create a Backlog item. All members can accept items, create sprints and approve items during the R2P, as well as they can include items in a Sprint. Members estimate items and create and move tasks.

On a BeePlus Panel  there are no such roles. Just include as participant for access control. 

To add a new member to your resource, just right-click on a user’s name an select the desired role. To add another role to the same user, just repeat the previous action.

To remove a role from a user, just remove it from the proper container. To remove the user from your resource, remove all roles of the user on the resource.

To invite a new user, i.e., someone who is not in your subscription, click the “Add Member” button and provide the user e-mail. If you are not a subscription administrator, the invitation will have to be approved by one.
