2.3 – Team

You manage your team choosing people from your subscription and adding them to your team, with any role. There is no limitation for the use of roles, i.e., a user can have from one to all roles in a project.

On a Scrum project, roles are based on Scrum values. Any project participant can create a Backlog item. PO’s accept items, create sprints and approve items during the review. Scrum Masters can include items in a Sprint and manage ceremonies. Team estimate items and create and move tasks, as also does the SM’s.

On a BeePlus Kanban project there is no such roles. 

To add a new member to your project, just right-click on a user’s name an select the desired role. To add another role to the same user, just repeat the previous action.

To remove a role from a user, just remove it from the proper container. To remove the user from your project, remove all roles of the user.

To invite someone who is not in your subscription, click the “Add Member” button and provide the user e-mail. If you are not a subscription administrator, the invitation will have to be approved by the one.
