To start from a template, use <strong>Clone Asset<\/strong>, choose the Template and confirm; remember to adjust the name to show whom the Asset refers to.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style1\" style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Besides the name (<strong>Asset<\/strong>) and <strong>Description<\/strong>, an Asset has <strong>Tags<\/strong>, <strong>Estimate<\/strong>, <strong>Added Value<\/strong>, <strong>Type<\/strong> and <strong>Due Date<\/strong>, and the <strong>Attachments<\/strong> and <strong>Demands<\/strong> tabs. The Asset&#8217;s Demands are entered in the Demands tab.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">\n<li><strong>Accept<\/strong> \u2014 accepts the Asset when you create it. Otherwise it stays in Proposed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Single Demand<\/strong> \u2014 the Asset automatically generates a Demand in the Panel&#8217;s first phase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"style1\" style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">To appear on the Panel, the Asset must be in the Scheduled list (see 4.2.2).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Assets are how Mosaic tracks the company&#8217;s services, in the processes represented by the Panels.
