Informational field. E.g.: posted, authorized and sent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Definition of Ready Activity<\/strong> \u2014 what the Team understands as an Activity ready to enter a Sprint, that is, complete enough to be worked on. Informational field. E.g.: briefing held, documents available.<\/li>\n<li><strong>WebSite<\/strong> \u2014 link to the resource&#8217;s website. Informational field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sprint Timebox (weeks)<\/strong> \u2014 length of the Team&#8217;s Sprints.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Initial Velocity<\/strong> \u2014 velocity assumed for the first Sprint; the base for calculating the average.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Planning Velocity<\/strong> \u2014 appears as a horizontal bar in the Backlog and helps you see which Activities fit in the next Sprint.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unestimated Activities (pts.)<\/strong> \u2014 points assumed for each Activity not yet estimated. We recommend the average points of your Activities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Language<\/strong> \u2014 language of the resource&#8217;s notifications. The interface language is set in Settings \u2192 Personal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Notify on assignment<\/strong> \u2014 when on, members are notified when someone assigns them a task.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"style1\"><strong>Panel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"style1\" style=\"margin-left: 40px;\"><strong>Phases<\/strong> \u2014 the Panel&#8217;s columns, in process order. Use <strong>+ Phase<\/strong> to create a phase. In each phase&#8217;s menu, <strong>Open Phase<\/strong> lets you edit its name, description and position (Insert after) and set up the phase&#8217;s <strong>Rules<\/strong> (see 4.3); <strong>Delete Phase<\/strong> removes it. The first and last phases, marked with a padlock, cannot be deleted.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">\n<li><strong>WebSite<\/strong>, <strong>Unestimated Activities (pts.)<\/strong>, <strong>Language<\/strong> and <strong>Notify on assignment<\/strong> \u2014 as in the Team; in the Panel, the notice is sent when someone assigns a Demand to the member.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hide last-column items<\/strong> \u2014 lets you use the Panel&#8217;s last phase as an archive: when Yes, items in that phase are not shown, so the Asset row does not grow as items are archived.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Settings depend on the type of resource.
